The company KHAM was created in 2011 by the choreographer Olé Khamchanla (Drôme-France). The choreographic creations mix traditional and contemporary hip-hop dances from Southeast Asia, do not hesitate to experiment with cross-breeds with other forms of expression such as theater, singing, painting or video. The company also develops various cultural projects in France and Laos.
《Attraction》is a meeting between two arts : dance and digital arts, a work that mixes image et movement, and explore interactivity between the choreographer and dancer Olé Khamchanla and the digital artist VJ Zéro. The piece is moldable and the dancer generate visual effects. According to the place, the context, the feeling, it is alive and evaluative. This is the experience of a trans disciplinary work which allow each of the artist to discover new ways to practice their respective art.
《CERCLE》 is an experimental work of the Lao-French dancer and choreographer Olé Khamchanla.Drawing on its journey woven by the hip-hop, capoeira, contemporary, Butho and traditional Laos and Thailand classical dances, Olé questioned the essence of his dance, creating a singular vocabulary fed by urban dance ever changing and frozen postures of ancestral dances. A research as a cycle created, as a circle that emerges, immutable and endless through the years and styles
